Trainer Profile/Education:

Registered Dietitian with a B.S. Food and Nutrition with extensive  food service operations experience.  Successfully established and maintained a corporate Quality Assurance Program  that included  QA/Sanitation audits to ensure compliance with corporate standards and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Authored and conducted Food Production Workshops across the United States and served as the chairman in establishing  World Standards in Food Safety.
ServSafe Manager Certification Over 30 years Food Safety Training experience (Including FDA Food Code Trainer).
Certified ServSafe Trainer since 1994.
ServSafe Starters Employee Training Customized classes for your food service staff to ensure proper personal hygiene and basic food handling requirements are communicated effectively.
Food Quality Audits.
Conducted hundreds of Food Safety Audits and worked with both local Health Departments and the Food and Drug Administration.
